Is the next presidency already being setup?

I understand that the current administration has a full time job with covering their asses and making themselves unaccountable, but damn, when are the American people going to say, "Alright!! You people have to answer for some of this shit!"? The following WaPo article tells of yet another OFF-LIMITS policy that has been ushered in. HEY, AMERICA!!! KEEP YOUR NOSE OUT OF OUR BUSINESS!!
